Introverts are generally invisible at both personal and professional events. Sometimes you don’t even notice that they’re there. However, Sophia Dembling’s experience of sharing her personal struggles through social media made her feel that she’s not actually invisible. In this article on Psychology Today, she shares with us her wonderful experience.

“First, I realized that, despite my best efforts, I was not actually invisible. People see me. Apparently a lot of people. That was surprising in itself,” it reads. The outpouring of support overwhelmed her and permanently changed her view on what being an introvert is all about.
